ROMANIAN RAILWAY INVESTIGATING AGENCY

It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 11.06.2025 at 10:20 on the radius of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanța, in the CFR Fetești station, by hitting a machine belonging to SC Arcada SA, which was stationed on line no.10 in the clearance gauge, by locomotive EA 1077 in tow of freight train no.58196 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC Rail Operation SRL).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 07.06.2025, around 01:20, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Roșiori Nord - Caracal (double line, electrified), in the movement station Măldăeni in the movement of freight train no.66212 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA) towed by locomotive EA 571, by derailment of the locomotive and the first two cars from the safety.

It was decided to open an investigation into the rail incident that occurred on 30.05. 2025, at 19:57, in the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, Chitila - Golești section (double line, non-electrified), between the Mătăsaru movement station and the CFR Găești station, by hitting the track inductors of the PrX predictor signal and the X input signal of the CFR Găești station, by a piece of the AM 2120 railcar that ran as train no. 9214 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA).
